HOW TO COLLECT WATER SAMPLES:

1. Samples should not be taken at a place exposed to rain or sun.
2. Sampling instrument and sample bags should be clean and dry and free from any contamination.
3. To draw a representative sample, the contents of each lot to be sampled should be mixed well and then a composite sample of 1kg should be collected.
4. Sample should be placed in a thick gauged polythene bag.

Sample should be labelled with all the following details.

2. Complete Address-including Taluka and District
3. E-mail ID
4. Telephone number
5. Crop of interest
